Signature Ritz

I am writing this review after living in Signature Park for two years. Please note that this review is specifically for Signature Park and not for Signature Ritz. However, some points might be useful for those considering Signature Ritz or other similar properties. Please verify details before purchasing any flat. Lift: There are only two lifts for the 13-floor building. If one lift is out of service, you may have to wait at least 10-15 minutes during office or school hours. If housekeeping is also using the lift, you may need to use the stairs. Ideally, for a 13-floor building, there should be at least three lifts. Lift calculation— one for 4-5 floors.(13/4=3) Flat Height: In Signature Park, the ceiling height is around 8.5 feet. Although the sample flat had a good height, we did not verify it in writing. Some neighbors have done fall ceilings at this height and can easily clean the fan without a ladder/stool. With a small jump you can touch the fall ceiling, check the height of the flat. No Tap Fitting in Balcony: The builder did not provide a tap in the balcony. For gardening or cleaning the balcony, you will need to use the bathroom tap. No Tap in Common Areas: There are no taps in common areas like the parking lot. If you want to wash your car, you’ll have to bring water from your bathroom or use a common washroom located about 0.75 to 1 km away. Parking: There is a shortage of parking space, and most spots are very narrow, accommodating only cars. There is one common two-wheeler parking spot at the podium, but it is often full. Finding space for a two-wheeler can be a daily challenge, and scratches are common in the common parking area. This is not the builder’s fault, but during booking, the sales representative mentioned that common parking for two-wheelers would be available. I assumed I could park my two-wheeler in a car space. No Space for Dishwasher: The builder did not provide a provision for a dishwasher, only for a washing machine. If you plan to install a dishwasher in the future, this will not be possible. Door Color and Quality: This is not the builder’s fault, as we did not inquire about the color and quality of the doors and frames during booking. The quality could be improved. Sheepage Issues: After just two years, Seepage problems are occurring in all flats, whereas such issues typically arise after 6-7 years in new buildings. Construction Quality: To gauge the construction quality, take a walk from the sales office to the basement; no further explanation should be needed. Congested Roads: The society’s roads are very congested, so exercise caution while driving and crossing cars. No Footpath: There is insufficient space for car movement, making the lack of a footpath dangerous for pedestrians heading to the main gate. Soundproof Windows: Although the sales person assured us of soundproof windows, we received regular windows that allow significant noise. Signature Ritz is on a main road, so soundproof windows are essential. Gym: The gym provided has good-quality equipment, but with Nine towers, one small gym is inadequate. Common Hall: There is no common hall available, so for any functions like birthdays, you will need to use the parking area or your flat. Sunday Traffic at Dange Chowk: This point is unrelated to the Society, but if you’re considering booking, visit Dange Chowk on a Sunday evening to assess traffic conditions. Positives: Timely Possession: The possession is delivered on time, which is a crucial factor in purchasing a flat. Litigation Issues: If there are any litigation issues, you will be notified, and the builder will handle them. Price: The price is fixed so no negotiation. To Conclude: If you are planning to live in Signature Park, check the above points and get written confirmation from the sales agent. If you are considering it as an investment for rental purposes, you may proceed. Do not take your decision solely on the sample flat or promotional videos, as the actual building and layout will differ. This is my personal opinion and may differ from others.

Poor Construction, New Building but Door Lock Damaged , Not Working????, I'm so irritated E Wing Signature Park I'm Happy bcoz I'm Cancel my booking

Being the owner of flat in signature park I think I am the right person to provide feedback of builder: Cons: - poor project management - unprofessional sales/CRM team - plenty of false commitments - change of plan while construction - too much crowded area - compact parking( for G and H wing) once allocated they don't change/allot even if they have free space. - construction work and chaos till 3AM in night Pros: - ontime possesion Update 01/08/2024: I have raised the concern for my parking space last year Jan, 2023. There are no updates yet on the same. I am still waiting for the solution. No CRM is helping here to resolve this problem I have to face on a daily basis.

Signature Ritz is an amazing project by Shree Sonigara Realcon. It is one of the prime society with very easy access to Shopping Mall, IT park, Hospitals, Mumbai Pune expressway, Chinchwad Railway station and many more. The price point of the flats in the project is quite attractive. The staff and the sales team is very knowledgeable in terms of the project details and very efficient in solving the queries.

Don't go to signature park or signature ritz, worst experience.
